Inquiry (采购产品): Suggestion Laboratory of polymer, Tehran –Iran Email: raminnn11@yahoo.com 10th June 2006 Dear Sir, I work on preparation of new grade of polyethylene; {Granular crosslinkable medium-density polyethylene (MDPE) without scorch inhibitor was prepared using organic peroxide through 1-Extrusion 2-Without extrusion , in industrial scale, with a simple processing}. I could prepare the new grade with minimum price and excellent properties. I am sure that the new grade will have a lot of customer especially in rotational molding (crosslinkable MDPE). I tested it in rotational molding and it works very well, for example the impact properties become more than 700% better than pure PE (both stress at break and strain at break increase so much). Crosslinking temperature is 200oC for 4 minutes. If you want I will paste a movie of crosslinked polyethylene tank which obtained from crosslinkable polyethylene. It did not break after 10 times hammering by sledgehammer. If you want I will send you the completed data sheet of the crosslinkable MDPE.
