Inquiry (采购产品): Finned pipe design Goodday Sir, I’m from Ranhill WorleyParsons, an engineering consultant for oil & gas. We have an offshore project with Petronas Carigali (Kertih, Malaysia. We would like to sub the project to the relevant vendors. Petronas carigali encounters a safety issues when their platform (Resak)personnel get exposure by the glycol fumes especially when the wind direction coming from the west side of the platform,the proposed solution is to change the existing pipe at the glycol reboiler vent line to a finned pipe to condense all the glycol fumes to a liquid. The existing pipe size is 6 inch, length = 100 m and stainless steel type.The finned pipe shall be able to transform the glycol and other gas/fumes released by the glycol regeneration to liquid.
