Galvanized steel grating Inquiry (采购产品): Galvanized steel grating To whom it may concern: I need a quote. I am the project manager for KIK, Inc. Houston. We are building a new overhead conveyor bridge. We want a cost effective decking. The I have the following specifications. Total bridge length: 120 Feet (118'6") Width: 10 feet "C" Channel sub-frame on 2 foot centers. Maximum conveyor loading (including conveyor & product), 900 pounds per 10 FT section. Bridge to be built on ground in 10 foot sections, requiring 12 10" X 10" sections. Product is extremely corrosive (bleach, up to 13%), so galvanized is required. Grating will be covered with poly propylene sheets, continuously welded to prevent leaks of product directly on grating, and also equipped with a fresh water washdown system. The product I have been asking for bids on is 1" X 1/8" galvanized steeel grating. It has the structural strength for our application. Fiberglass panels & other chemical freindly products are just not in our budget. If you have further questions, please contact me by email first, as my working hours vary.
