These machines are specifically designed for low cost cereal based weaning food plants. DESCRIPTION : Whole machine can be divided into three parts : A.FEED HOPPER WITH FEED SCREW : Feed screw feeds the material (in hopper) into the main machine i.e. Extruder.This feed is regulated by varying the speed of the feed screw. B.EXTRUDER : Extruder is responsible for the cooking of the feeded ingredients Feeded material is mixed with a little quantity of water in its Inlet section and the whole doughy mass undergoes a lot of physio – chemical changes in its compression and treatment section before being forced out through the Die head. This whole treatment gives a definite form / shape to the product. C. CUTTER : Cutter assembly is attached to the die head of the main machine.
