Inquiry (采购产品): baskets needed My name is Dana Wilson. I am looking to purchase some baskets for our testing line. Dimensions needed are as follows: 3/4" mesh using (3/32) OR roughly close to it SS wire. Reinforced by 1/4" dia SS rod ID to be 20.5"X 15.25" Handles approximately 20"high with a crosspiece and half round to enable hoisting operations. I would like (2) baskets for now; one 4" high at the top of the basket, and one 8" high at top of basket. I will be experimenting to see which produces the better results prior to ordering more. Final total for my dept. will be only 6 baskets. However there is a general cleaning need in the shop, and that total could climb. Also, I would like 12 separators, made to cover a layer of parts in the basket. These are to be 3/4" mesh with 1/16" SS wire; each 20" X 14.75" We could deal with creating the separators here, however. The application is for bladed SS aerospace parts. The tips must not touch one another. We intend to cut the separators with a radiac wheel and bend the wires upward to mate the ID of the various parts. It will keep them apart from one another in the basket. They are to be vapor degreased (210 degrees, and then alkaline washed (180 degrees). We wish to used the same basket for both operations.
