Inquiry (采购产品): 2 square tubing mild steel to be trimmed to length of 10 ft. Hello, I would like a quote for cutting mild steel tubing, 2" square, #18 (? - this is the standard stuff Industrial Metal Supply sells in 20' lengths). The pieces are now approximately 10' 1/2" long, and I need to trim them down so that they're 10' (+/-<0.1") in length. They're being sandblasted, so will arrive clean (on the outside, a little rust on the inside) and dry (no water or oil). I am looking for clean edges, which is problematic with chop saws and the like. I think laser cutting would be ideal, but if you have or know another method that would be as effective but less expensive, I'd be grateful for your letting me know about it. I am looking at doing batches of 60 pieces, so that would be the desired quote amount (1 batch immediate, 2-3 more batches planned for the near future). Also, please state expected turnaround.
