Inquiry (采购产品): Air Cylinder From Daisy Outdoor Products: Daisy is a manufacturer and importer of pellet and BB guns. We have a market for a precision compressed air rifle. The rifle design calls for a high pressure cylinder, (capable of holding a working pressure of 3000psi), with a firing gate valve at one end. This valve is opened to release a short burst of air by means of a hammer and firing pin located adjacent to the air cylinder. The cylinder will have a pressure gauge installed in the opposite end. Both the gauge and firing mechanism are housed in threaded brass fittings. The outside diameter of the cylinder will be 1” and preferably made of seamless steel tubing 14" in length. We should have no problem with the hammer/firing pin mechanism of the gun, but are having difficulty finding a supplier who is able to build and certify the cylinder/gauge/firing valve. This supplier would need to be able to work with Daisy in the development of these components to assure a safe and reliable prototype and final product. Does your organization have any means to help develop this concept?
