Inquiry (采购产品): Caster Problem on Order Please reference your Invoice #G37487. Customer is now getting around to assembling the 5 ladders received on this order. The missing rubber tips were already provided by your customer service dept. (this was obviously apparent when received). Because the casters were packaged, the problem was not immediately apparent until assembly. The 5 ladders required a total of 20 casters. Customer received 20 casters however 16 of them are too small for these ladders, only 4 are usable. Please advise best solution as soon as possible.
