Mold making Inquiry (采购产品): Mold making 30th May 06 Dear Sirs, My name is Tony Dodd, and I am a tool maker and pattern/mold maker originally from England. I am moving to the states in June, and am planning on setting up a pattern/mold making facility here in Vermont in the near future. I am writing to tell you of my planned endeavor and skills, and to inquire as to whether they might be of use to your company. I have lived in England for all of my life, and for many years had my own Pattern/mold making and tool making facility at which I specialized in supplying a lot of major Thermoforming companies. My work is hand tooled, allowing for creativity and precision in my work, and I set and maintain high standards for my product. I am very experienced in the packaging market and have also undertaken projects within the automotive, aircraft and other various fields. I also provide smaller type machine molds like Illig RV’s, GN’s and Keffels etc.. I have also designed add-on parts for SenCorps and Browns, etc. with great success, and worked with the major thermoforming companies and machine makers for many years with a major achievements of “The Institute of Packaging “ Gold and silver awards. (As seen on my UK web site ardtools.com). I would like to set up some contacts and potential clients here so that I can know what size facility and machines will be of most use to these clients. I provide quick and quality service to my companies and am used to working with tight deadlines. Although I am a one man operation, I charge competitive rates, and would be happy to discuss this with you at your convenience. Normally, a part and rough sketch or drawing is enough to make the sample mould, which would immediately be sent for approval or adjustments per my client’s orders.
