Inquiry (采购产品): Vessel Budget Quote Requirement Dear Sirs, we are currently looking to build a manufacturing facility in New York State. We manufacture machine coolants in the UK at present. We will require three 24000 Litre blending tanks with broad specification as follows - Material Of Construction 304 s/s shell with 304 s/s half pipe limpet coil welded to external face of shell and dished bottom. Flat top with one 20 inch manway and six three inch nozzles (ASA 150 lb flange or similar). The process is conducted under atmospheric pressure with a maximum temperature of 150 degrees celcius. We also require a variable speed agitator (triple turbine) with gearbox and drive (25 KW approx). The vessel should be supported on 3 box section legs spaced at 120 degree intervals. Loadcells will be mounted within the leg assembly so suitable pads should be welded to the tank shell and legs. We also require one 6000 Litre vessel - broadly to the same specification as the 24000 L vessel described above. We will also require a budget cost for four 40000 Litre skeirted dish bottomed mild steel storage tanks and two stainless steel skirted dished bottom storage tanks. All storage tanks should be rated for 100 degrees celcius. Must emphasise we really require this costing ASAP so it should be your best guesstimate - please do not spend too much time on this as we will go into more detail at the next stage.
