I am looking for a medical grade non-conductive epoxy/ adhesive for a part currently in the design phase. Requirements: 1. We want to use a single epoxy for die attach and potting wire bonds and soldered wires. 2. It must have a low temp cure (100deg C or less). 3. Single part (preferable pre-mixed and frozen) 4. Syringe dispensable 5. Non-bleeding 6. Good adherence to solder mask. 7. Viscosity- thick, stays in place/ doesn't sag out. Please let me know if you have a material that would follow these specifications.
