We have been asked by a major client to locate a U.S. water treatment company with an appetite for the China market. Projects are on a municipal scale in many locations. We have not been able to source a U.S. company willing to operate under a joint venture/exclusive agency business model. Our client’s position is unique; they are a major supplier of infrastructure components to municipal governments and have been directly requested to expand their scope to include treatment facilities. Our client is a major Chinese public corporation employing over 30,000 people in various locations throughout China. They are the largest in their field and are the head of the association that control’s their industry.
