Inquiry (采购产品): Aircraft gears We manufacture cropduster aircraft that are powered by Pratt PT-6 turboprob engines. We are currently making some prototype accessory gear box gears for a similar turbine engine. We are looking for a gear house to assist us in the project. We would require some gear part numbers to be made complete from prints, other gears to be finish ground to print. The gears would need to be finished to AGMA class 12. The quantities would be 10 parts per part number with as many as 4 different part numbers made from print to begin with. These would be spur gears with a 12 DP tooth and ranging from about 1.7" OD to about 6" OD. There will be some helical gears to be finish ground as well.
