Inquiry (采购产品): Filter for cement tiles pressing Dear Sirs, I have a cement and terrazzo tiles factory. I am trying to produce a single layer tile through using a vacuum pump to suck the released excess water while pressing. The water is released with some dissolved cement, some floating -2mm crushed marble ships- and some sand particles and looks a lot like sludge with around 50% solid content. These particles damage both the pressing head (with 1000 fine 2mm holes) and the vacuum pump. I need to have a filter sheet of dimensions 40cm x 40cm and thickness that could vary from 1 to 4mm and place the filter between the soft tile mixture and the pressing head with holes while pressing. This filter should withstand a pressure of 150kg/cm2 and a life cycle of 3000 tiles pressed/day. It can be replaced daily if needed. The water should have a small solid content of particle-size not larger than 100 microns (smaller better but not necessary). Please tell me if you produce a similar filter of polyester or nylon or any similar plastics (maybe same material as dewatering belts) and if possible give me some details and an estimated cost for this product.
