Inquiry (采购产品): AR coat on acrylic? Good afternoon I need to have a clear acrylic solar cell cover coated with layers of TiO2 and SiO2 anti-reflection coatings for the purpose of reducing glint and reflections from the sun. Are you able to coat acrylic with these materials and are you able to do a large piece having outside dimensions of 11 inch X 11 inch X 1.35 inch? This is a thermoformed acrylic cover and it cannot see sustained process temperatures above about 80C. Short exposures of a minute or less, it could be exposed to 90C. Our first run would require coating approximately 10 of these covers with a second batch a few months later on the order of about 30 to 35 pieces with a potential to increase in the future. If you are interested, I can send a 2D print with the coating layer identified as well as the dimensional information. If you are unable to do this work and you know of someone you can refer to me, I would greatly appreciate that to narrow my search.
