Inquiry (采购产品): Question for Specific Application Hello, I have a technical question. Our machining center could probably be considered a "classic". It is a Mazak AJV 35/60 rated at 3150 RPM. We are trying to use a ball end mill insert to create an inside radius of 1/16" into AISI S-7 Tool Steel. I have been told that if we were to try this, the insert would break and that 1/8" is the smallest inside radius we can make with our setup. We currently use carbide inserts. Do you know of any tool inserts that could help us with this problem (for example, less-brittle material)? Thanks for your help.
