Inquiry (采购产品): Anodizing costs? Hello, We are a NH organization that produces an aluminum product for automotive purposes. I'm looking at replacing our current chrome conversion finishing to anodizing. I've also decided to contract out the anodizing rather than setup a facility of our own. Our product is small (about 6 x 4 x 1 inches) with fins (so the total surface area is a bit bigger than one might expect.) To help with my planning I need to know a ball park cost to finish these units. At this point, I’m thinking only a black finish will be needed (perhaps later we can offer colors, but for now black works well). Right now I’m planning on cutting, machining and then sending the pieces out for anodizing. When we get it back, we’ll tap the holes and package the product. Can you tell me about what the costs might be? Right now the quantity is low (from 100 to 300 units per product run.) but we hope to expand our sales greatly over the next few months.
