Inquiry (采购产品): galulame exterior bldg. 20 x 30 galulaume exterior bldg with single slope roof overhangs of 4 ft and 10 ft on one side only. 10 ft overhang on the high side of the 30 ft spans and 4 ft over hang on one of the 20 ft sides. A metal staircase as this will go on piers 12 ft in the air with a deck where the overhang is so the footprint is a 20 x 40 but the bldg is 20 x 30. Rollup garage doors on the 30 ft span and a single slope roof rising towards the rollups. alternative could be sliding doors instead of rollups which ever is more cost effective. I need for the 30 ft side to open as far as possible. Interior needs drop ceiling and insulation. There will be a few window or light entrances. Needs to ship to hawaii and conform to bldg codes for farm. It is possible to quote this as a two story bldg with the bottom floor having 3 sides enclosed and one exposed. The floor is plywood with mexican pavers over when money permits. If you have anothger floor suggestion I am open to it. I'd like the first floor 2 feet off ground level and a drop ceiling for electrical and plumbing unless the electric is inthe wall. I need insulation and do not know what to finish the inside walls with. Please call me as I would like to start construction soon. If you offer financing please let me know.
