Inquiry (采购产品): Pressure Vessel Quote Please provide a cost estimate for the fabrication of one pressure vessel with a 9" ID and working length of 24" with one removable head. Internal pressure design point is 3500 psi and 400F. Low alloy steel is acceptable construction, ASME Code certified. Vessel will have the following penetrations: through the side wall-two 1/4" diameter steel tubing stubs for swagelock connections for a fluid cooling loop and two 3/4 inch flanged connections for electrical power pass thru's and one 1/2" steel tube stub for a swagelock connected pressure relief burst disk assembly. On the closed end, a 1" flanged connection for gas and instrumentation pass thru's. The full diameter open head has no penetrations but should have three lifting lug features. The main pressure vessel should be mounted above a steel baseplate with 6" of vertical clearance for closed end access. Lift points and bottom plate fork lift access is desired. Bottom plate should be at least 30" in one of the two planar dimensions. Standard industrial paint should be applied to support structure but vessel and top cap should be left unpainted. This vessel will contain helium so all flanges should be knife edge deformable copper seal type. RCI is seeking a nominal or not-to-exceed quotation.
