Inquiry (采购产品): 210cm Diameter Tank Specifications I am writing to get a quote for the manufacture and delivery of a large stainless steel tank with a separate detachable support frame. Tank measurement should be 210cm in diameter x 50cm in height. Made from 11 gauge type 304 stainless steel with #2B finish or similar. Tank must have a 1 1/2 or 2” stainless steel pipe coupling welded to the center underside of tank. The surface of the bottom of the tank should be flat/level to accommodate placement of a moveable platform anywhere inside the tank. However, the very center (drain) should be slightly concave to encourage quicker draining. I need a quote for non-finished and black painted finish (inside only) tank. Tank welding must be able to hold approximately 1.5 tons of water. Top of tank (rim) needs to have a smooth or rounded surface (so that a person could reach in and out of tank without injury). Framework – The entire tank must be supported by a framework with enough height to accommodate plumbing running underneath the tank (with elbow attached at center coupling). Somewhere between 6 and 12” high. Framework should allow for easy separation of tank and be able to support entire tank when almost completely filled with water (at max 2 tons capacity including tank weight). Framework should be made of stainless steel (type 304) and include four 2 ?” diameter stainless steel swivel leveling mounts with rubber pads. I only need a quote for the tank and framework including the cost for delivery. If it is possible to have the inside of the tank painted black I would like a quote for this as well.
