High Pot Testing Inquiry (采购产品): High Pot Testing We need dielectric withstanding voltage testing on three (3) types of our production RF receptacles. This testing is needed next week. The following applies and includes: 1. Our p/n and quantity per part number 2. An excerpted description of the test requirements. 3. There is a total of 3 different parts; 2 very similar with the same test requirements. ITEMS TO BE TESTED 1. p/n TRU-10319, 22 pieces min / probably 23 pieces Attach test leads: One to the outer conductor and the other to the inner conductor of the device. Apply 60 cycle test voltage at rate of 500 volts / sec until the test voltage of 6000 volts rms is achieved. Maintain the 6000 volts rms for a duration of 1 minute. The test device shall not show any evidence of arcing, flashover, insulation breakdown, or any other form of damage as a result of the test. Record results. Power down equipment and disconnect the test leads. 2. p/n TRU-10309-1, 45 pieces min / up to 51 pcs max Attach test leads: One to the outer conductor and the other to the inner conductor of the device. Apply 60 cycle test voltage at rate of 500 volts / sec until the test voltage of 11,000 volts rms is achieved. Maintain the 11,000 volts rms for a duration of 1 minute. The test device shall not show any evidence of arcing, flashover, insulation breakdown, or any other form of damage as a result of the test. Record results. Power down equipment and disconnect the test leads. 3. p/n TRU-10309-2, 11 pieces min / probably 12 pieces Attach test leads: One to the outer conductor and the other to the inner conductor of the device. Apply 60 cycle test voltage at rate of 500 volts / sec until the test voltage of 11,000 volts rms is achieved. Maintain the 11,000 volts rms for a duration of 1 minute. The test device shall not show any evidence of arcing, flashover, insulation breakdown, or any other form of damage as a result of the test. Record results.
