I have a need for a similar but more precise operation on a new product. I need to drive a self-tapping M6 headless threaded shouldered (shoulder Dia. of approx 14mm and 1.5mm thick) stud into a zinc casting boss until a torque is achieved on the shoulder to zinc mating surface.
