Inquiry (采购产品): service needed Hello I am Jonathan with Blue Sky Cleaners. We have purchased two of your compressors the GX11 and the GX5FF models in which we are pleased with the performance of the units. We are not pleased with one of your distributers for we had contacted them 4 times in the last week to set up a service call and have yet to get a response. We are concerned with the GX11 model, it is making a loud squelling noise and the inner foam surrounding the unit has fell apart and is constantly blocking the air flow in the coil. We would appreciate if you could contact us to let us know how we can get service either through you or Taylor Houseman who is our machine supplier. We have been in contact with Nick Brown in the past and we are pleased with his response, although I have contacted your service department and had left three voice mails to Aaron Wiley in the last two days; I've yet to here from your company.
