Inquiry (采购产品): EDM RFQ R.G. Hansen & Associates Hi. Please find the attached pictures of a part I need to repair. The picture shows a .060 OD tube and a 1/8 OD tube which intersects with 3 drilled holes. both these have been plugged with nickel braze and I would like a to consider EDM process to fix this condition. The smaller tube is the inlet tube. The blockage is near the braze joint about .1 thick for a total length of an electrode would be about .660. The tube ID is .020. The passage through the braze could be as small as .016. I would like the tube to stay between .024 and .016 Dia. The 1/8 tube is the exhaust tube. To clear this passage the 3 holes can be a slot .04 wide x .12 long x .19 deep. I can send a part if you need for a trial run. The quantities involved are: 9 inlet only; 69 exhaust only, 105 exhaust and inlet. Roger Waldron.
