Inquiry (采购产品): Question About Your Capabilities To Whom It May Concern, I work for Stanley - Best Access. We currently are producing a deep drawn rectangular part that goes through 5 ops (blank, draw, restrike, pinch trim, & countersink holes - all in 5 presses and individual dies). Our tooling makes parts with stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and bronze. We are having trouble with our stainless parts cracking in the corners. I am looking for someone to review our design and see if it is correct (clearances, radii, etc) for parts. NOTE: Like I said there are 4 different types of materials and 3 different thicknesses and we are using the same draw ring and punch for all of them. We know we probably need a few or at least two draw rings but aren't exactly sure what we need. If you could help we'd also maybe like you to make us a draw ring or two. Additionally, if this is something you are interested in, we are looking at eventually having a progressive transfer die built to have everything done in one op.........so if you could help on our current issue.......maybe you could quote on the transfer die, if that is in fact something you are capable of and are interested in.
