The physical properties and chemical composition is as given below. Mechanical Properties Tensile Strength : 570N/mm2(minimum) Yield Strength : 470N/mm2(minimum) Percentage of Elongation : 15% (minimum) Chemical Composition (%) Carbon (C) 0.22 (Maximum) Manganese (Mn) 1.60 (Maximum) Silicon (Si) 0.35 (Maximum) Phosphorous (P) 0.025 (Maximum) Sulphur (S) 0.025 (Maximum) Supply condition : Stress Relieved Condition Straightness : 1 in 1000 Eccentricity : 10% of wall thickness At present we need the following Size : Outside Diameter (OD) 50mm (+2mm, -0mm) Inside Diameter (ID) 127mm (+1mm, -0mm) Length 1125mm Quantity 80 nos We also need tubes of various other sizes also.
