Inquiry (采购产品): Model N ? Hello I bought a used Ratcliff chain hoist that needs some TLC. The model is "N" and the serial number is 5905 followed by upside down numeral "7". The decals are mostly gone and unreadable and the ratchet handle broke one inch below the taper. The stub is round and approx 3/4 inch dia. It's obviously a quality tool, the chain and hooks are OK, so I would like to put it back to work. If you have some operator instruction sheets, an internal parts diagram, and a parts list, it would be most appreciated. The 3 position control lever is somewhat confusing, and I cannot get the handle to "ratchet" or pull the chain in either direction. Before I tear it apart to determine the fault, or it's my operator error, it would seem wise to check with the manufacturer. If you have an outlet in Washington State please advise.
