Inquiry (采购产品): butyl in windows I am trying to collect as much information on butyl rubber as I can because we are having trouble with our windows which have butyl as the sealant. Some the the butyl is "oozing" onto the window. Is there an amount of butyl ooze that is acceptable? In other words, if we scrap the butyl off the windows, what are the chances of it continuing to ooze? More importantly, what are the chances that it will cause leaking. Does butyl normally leak? Should the windows be replaced once butyl starts to ooze? Do you have any websites that you could recommend that I look at to research butyl and its properties? **** Hidden Message ***** Jenifer O'Korn 313 Capellan Street Wake Forest, NC 27587 USA Company: residence Phone: 919-562-4640 E-mail: okorn@earthlink.net **** Hidden Message ***** okorn@earthlink.net
