I can read blueprints, can use digital verniers, dial calipers, micrometeres, depth gauges, height gauges, scales, indicators, size blocks, graphs, comparators, and hole gauges. I've done visual inspection, dimensional inspection, layout inspection, and surface plate inspection. I have worked in (2) engineering offices. One process planning and one purchasing. I can use AUTOCAD, CADKEY, UNIGRAPHICS, and CAD/CAM machining computer programs for CNC machining programs. I revised 2D and 3D isometric drawings, changed tolerances, and made new drawings. I can design new tooling, jigs, and fixtures. I researched and developed processes, rewrote processes, or designed and wrote new processes. I've used CAPP to write process instructions, bills of material, and work travelers. I have purchased resources for manufacturing, using MRP software.
