Inquiry (采购产品): Parts Can we order parts for a ladder that we have in house that is missing parts? ie. the kick up assembly that holds the wheels off of the ground for mobility. We have several ladders with missing parts and accessories. We have several types and sizes of ballymore ladders. My question is can we get a parts break down for a ladder that is lacking parts with a model number? Second question is some times we have damaged ladders ie broken weld. We will not weld them because we are not certified. Do you have a service rep that will come out and repair our ladders, instead of ordering a new 1000.00 ladder?
