We specialize in Aluminum Alloy V-65 rivets – Rivets made out of Aluminum Alloy as per IS 5902-1970 in Alloy Grade 19000, 55000, 22500, 24530, 24345, etc. As per British Standard in different materials L36, L58, L86, 2L97, 6L97, etc. The Rivets are made in different head shapes such as Snap/Universal Head and Countersunk Head. We manufacture 12Lobs, 6 Lobs Screws, Anchor Nuts, Socket Head Screws, Jo Bolt. The Screws that we manufacture range from the smallest to the largest size, perfect for all types of applications, including extra long stacking screws. We also manufacture: Cross recess stainless steel screws. Microencapsulated screws. Special self tapping screws. These are currently being made in 6 diameters – 3, 4, 5, 6, 10 & 12mm, in lengths varying from 6mm to 75mm made from various materials such as – Precipitation hardening stainless steel (A286, AMS 5737M), High Tensile Steel (French: 35 NCD-16, 30 NCD-16) and Russian Steel (30KHA GA SA, 16 KHA S NA, 1 KHA 13, 1 KHA 18) Hex Head Pan Head 90deg CSK 100deg CSK 120deg CSK Button Head Jo-Bolts: These are used at places where there is no access to install a nut. They come with a grip length from 5mm to 25mm. Jo-Bolts are also given in inch and metric sizes and various lengths as per customer specification and are manufactured from 35 NCD 16 (140 kg/sq.mm) and 30 KHA GA SA (120 kg/sq.mm). Hexagon Head Counter Sunk Head Aluminium Alloy Rivets: These can be supplied from various stainless steels for heat resistant and cryo applications. These are being made of Russian Alloys (B-65 / V-65, D1, D16, AM GA & AM SHA), British Alloys (BS-L.37, BS-L.86 & BS-L.58), German Alloys (3.1124.4-T4 & 3.1324.4-T4) and American Alloys (Alcoa.2024 & Alcoa.2117) Button Head Mushroom Head Universal Head 90deg Head 100deg Head 120deg Head Riv-Nuts: Used for blind applications, combined riveting and bolting. Available in 5mm dia and 6mm dia, in varying length as per customer requirements; and are made in aluminium alloy, low carbon steel and stainless steel, all air worthy materials.
