Clients (one of the largest groups in far east) are proceeding a project for 'Ca Mau' recently. They are looking for a company who can provide transformer oil in tank-vehicle in Vietnams. We wonder if you can provide this transformer oil or not? Please, let us have an aggressive quotation for below oil ASAP. - Site address : Ca Mau power plant and the exact info. will be addressed later. - Quantity : about total 319,000 LT for all 5 transformers. - Delivery and storage method : tank-vehicle instead of many drums. - Roughly Middle October of 2006 for 2 BATs and 2 BBTs , Early March of 2007 for one BAT transformer. - Base standard : BS 148 and attached customer requirement. - Repeated order will be followed soon so the total 638,000 LT is expected. The Contractor is responsible for unloading from barge or ship, including transport to the site of all the equipment. Please refer in particular to road transport limitations and regulations. The manufacturer's transformer design, 'assembly and shipment shall take full account of these limitations. 4.13 TEST AT MANUFACTURE'S WORK 4.13.1 Main Transformers Each of the transformers shall be subject to acceptance tests to be performed at the Contractor's premises (and at site) in order to verify their conformity with the guaranteed and other design data. The methods of testing shall be submitted for approval at the latest three months before testing. The transformers shall be completely assembled in every respect. All of the tests shall be performed with all original bushings installed. The tests shall be performed in accordance with the latest issues of the recommendations of the International Electrotechnical Commission in particular IEC 60076. The Contractor is obliged to submit a detailed test program (including detailed test connections for all dielectric tests) for approval in due time, prior to the tests (at the latest three months before testing). Detailed test schedules separately for each unit showing exactly when each of the tests will be carried out shall be submitted for approval at the latest six weeks prior to the tests. The following test shall be performed in the presence of the OwnerlOwner's Engineer: Routine Tests Routine test shall be according to the IEC 60076, Part I , Clause 10.1.1. Type Tests (apply only for one transformer.) Type test shall be according to the IEC 60076, Part I , Clause 10.12. Special test (apply only for one transformer.)
