Inquiry (采购产品): Roll Forming Lubricant John Neale Ltd has introduced a high performance water-based synthetic roll forming lubricant. Roll forming is commonly used in the production of roof sections from painted, coated and galvanized steel. Lubricants are used for this process to ensure there is an absence of marking on the steel after processing. Lubricants used in this process are solvent based vanishing oils and traditional water-based lubricants. The solvent based products can have slow evapouration unless flammable solvents are used. So there is either a choice of fast evapouration and safety concerns due to the use of flammable solvents or slow evaporation and wet components. The other problem with this type of lubricant is that they can leave oil slicks where lubricant residues are washed off roofing or walling panels on construction sites. The traditional water based lubricants can overcome the oil slick issue if properly formulated but have always had poor wetting and drying characteristics. In automated handling situations the movement of wet sheets over conveyors / rollers leads to the pick up of dust and dirt. This dirt then marks the strip after it has been roll formed leaving it unsightly and requiring manual cleaning before being sent to site. The New lubricant chemistry from John Neale Ltd has been designed specifically to offer an all round solution to roll-forming of painted steel, coated steel and galvanized steel and non-ferrous metals like copper and aluminium. It wets extremely well ensuring the whole width of the strip is adequately lubricated. It dries extremely quickly, far faster than even flammable labeled solvent based vanishing oils. The product is also completely water soluble and therefore any residues washed off strip on site do not give rise to oil slicks on puddles. Superdraw RFL can be supplied ready to use to avoid the hassle of mixing, or as a concentrate which can be diluted as required. **** Hidden Message ***** John Neale B63 4PT GBR Company: John Neale Ltd E-mail: john@johnnealeltd.co.uk **** Hidden Message ***** john@johnnealeltd.co.uk
