Inquiry (采购产品): Flux Removal To Whom It May Concern: I am working on a process to braze a disc onto a tube that is less than 1mm in diameter. The obstacle I am encountering is that once the braze is complete I need to remove the flux. Conventional flux removers would work just fine except I have to also remove flux from the inside of the tube where the disc meets the inner diameter of the tube and since the tube is so thin this proves to be very difficult. I imagine that if there were an ultrasonic solution that could dissolve flux, then this would solve my problem. Do you have any ultrasonic solutions that would be effective at removing “American Welding Society Type 3A Flux”?
