Inquiry (采购产品): Technical Information about epoxy resins I'm looking for a special type of epoxy resin, which might offers to us both electrical insulation and mechanical resistance/protection. The main characteristics are listed below: Electrical: Dielectric Constant : in the range of 4-6 Volume Resistivity: > or equal to 10 exp(15) Ohm-cm Mechanical: Tensile Strength: > or equal to 5000 psi Compressive Strength (10% Compression): > or equal to 17000 psi Flexural Strength: > or equal to 9000 psi Hardness (Barcol): in the range of 40 Others: Viscosity: from 16000 cps Termal Conductivity: from 0.25 W/m*K Please do not include any product whose max temperature of use is under 180° C because we need a perfect resistance to the autoclave temperatures. If it is possible we'd like to have a two part resin with a not so difficult curing system. We wonder know if you sell such a product, and if you do, if you can send us a technical data sheet of that product with all that properties so important for our applications.
