Inquiry (采购产品): PECVD Systems Gentlemen, We are in the process of equipping a Nanotechnology Lab. We are interested in purchasing a PECVD and a CVD system. (We have been using an Oxford Plasma PECVD system for 15 years) 1) I looked through your web pages. I did not see a CVD system. Is that correct? 2) There are so many parameters and options that it is best to start with a personal dialog in order to speed things up.
