COVER LETTER Experience and detail I am very experienced in the inspection field and currently perform inspections assigned to me by other companies and Banks . I am an active field rep and perform all inspection given to me on a daily basis. I cover all Texas zip codes . I do travel to other states at times if I have an assignment that is needed to be done. I always open to work and I do all assignments in a timely manner. I also perform daily inspections in the state Louisiana . This is on a daily basis as well by companies that need some available that can travel to another state to perform these inspections. I am always open to work and I do it in all due respect for the companies that hire me . Field Inspection is my work and I respect each and every assignment assigned to me . Here are some inspections I perform on a daily basis: House Inspections- Normally required by mortgage lenders and banks . This type of inspection is done to insure that ht property is not vandalized or abandoned . This of course depends on which bank or mortgage lender company in the assignments and where exactly I ought to carry out the inspection. This requires a report of about 15 questions answered and a few photos of the property . I takes me 5 minutes . Property Inspections -questions are usually longer dealing with hazardous conditions . Surrounding area, square footage, roof conditions , exterior of the house condition and photos . Rush Inspections: Takes about 24 to 48 hours . I am usually hired by banks if they need the information as first as ASAP, “Right now!” is usually the term used. In many cases, the case was assigned to some one else and they didn’t perform their task as required in a timely manner so I am called in to do an extra assignment for the day . Insurance Inspections take me about 10 minutes. I am usually the eyes and ears during the inspections. Collateral Inspections : These are the fastest . I am usually hired by companies to go and inspect some form of equipment for the company leasing it out to another. I am required to give reports on the condition of the equipment and if its being used for the purpose it was borrowed for. Take pictures to present a clear report and details. It takes me 5 minutes. Floor plan/inventory ,merchant inspections ,insurance loss ,commercial inspections usually take me less than a day to get all my assignments done and handed in.
