M/s ELGI EQUIPMENTS LTD is a leading compressor manufacturing company in India.I referred your company through web site for requirement of Overhead conveyor for our Project on Implementation of a Paint shop for Air Receiver Tanks (component of a compressor). In this proposed paint shop where the Air receiver tanks of compressor will be conveyed through the Over Head conveyor for the process of Shot Blasting, Painting and Baking in oven. For this we have made a layout based on our knowledge. I request you to give optimum layout as per your ideas to minimize the cost as well as the maximizing the production rate. Herewith, we have attached layout prepared by us for your study. In this, Conveyor goes through the shot Blasting machine , Primer Paint Booth, Finish Paint Booth and Baking Oven. We like you to suggest a conveyor which is suitable for shot Blasting machine with single sided door. and also this should be suitable for painting in paint booth, Baking in oven and again should go inside the shot blasting machine ( closed loop single conveyor for entire process.). In our drawing we have put "T Joint" from conveyor to shot blasting machine. This "T Joint" taken from the conveyor which will go inside the Shot Blasting Machine and come back to the Main conveyor But, It may be in any shape which should satisfy our requirement.
