Inquiry (采购产品): CVD - Titanium Nitride Coatings Quadro Engineering (www.quadro.com) manufactures equipment for the pharmaceutical and food industries. We have a customer that is processing a fairly abrasive material and we are interested in coating our screens with a Titanium Nitride coating (or other abrasion resistant coating) to extend the life of the screens. We have tried diamond coatings, armoloy, kolsterized coatings, etc. and the screens last between 1 to 5 weeks. We are looking for a longer lived product. The screens are used in the production of food, therefore the material used to coat these screens needs to be FDA approved. We can send you drawings of what the screens look like. Please let me know as soon as possible if this is something your company would be able to offer.
