Special Furniture Grade PVC Fittings Inquiry (采购产品): Special Furniture Grade PVC Fittings Dear Sirs: Mr. Mick Hynes at Spears Mfg. Co. suggested that I contact you about some special PVC fittings that I need. He thought that you may have them in your "Furniture Grade PVC Fittings." I want to convert my swimming pool into a water garden. The pool presently goes from 3 feet to 10 ft. in depth. Water lilies require a depth of only 24 inches below the surface to do well. Therefore, I am going to have to build a PVC scaffolding in the pool to support the plant pots near the surface. To build such a scaffolding, I will need to use 2 inch PVC tubing. However, I cannot find the special connectors that I will need for the inner supports of the scaffolding. What I need is 2 inch "CROSS' shaped connectors with two additional 2 inch openings (one on top and one on bottom of connector added). This would be a connector with six (6) 2 inch openings. Do you have such connectors, or might it be possible for your company to special manufacture such connectors ? I would need about 66 such connectors as well as 78 "T" connectors (2 inch) with two extra 2 inch openings (total 5 holes) --one on top and one on bottom, and 36 - 2 inch "90 degree ELBOW" connectors with two extra 2 inch openings (total 4 holes)--one on top and one on bottom, to construct my scaffolding. I had previously wanted to build a PVC hothouse frame using such construction connectors but tI could not find any available. If you manufacture such fittings -- of sizes from 1 inch to 2 inches-- and advertise them for "PVC FRAME CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS," I suspect that there would be many individuals, such as myself, that would buy them for this purpose. It might be something for your company to consider for a potentially sizable global market to be for rapid assembly, disassembly (like a giant "erector set"), and easy storage of parts for future use, to be used in building exhibition booths for conventions, fairs, festivals, flea markets, hot houses for plants, etc. Please e-mail me back at ( raymondjerome@prtc.net ) if you have, or can make, such connectors, and what your price for them would be.
