Inquiry (采购产品): Small Custom Wheels We are trying to find a manufacturer for a wheel for an attachment that we are patenting and are to soon start manufacturing. On our prototype machine, we used 4 large skateboard wheels ( 3 inch dia.) and standard size skateboard bearings and bore. We then V grooved out a groove that is 5/8 inch wide on the tread or face 7/8 of an inch deep and 3/8 inch wide on the top. (so maybe an upside down boxy U than a true V ) We need to keep that configuration for the track we are rolling in. The skateboard wheel has a single bearing that is reccessed into the center of the wheel. That requires us to install spacers on the axle to keep it in the center of the frame. Maybe a double bearing ( one on each side ) to eliminate the need for spacers. We are looking to buy five hundred to start. Can you help?
