Inquiry (采购产品): Product information I would like to get your expertise in a product that I am developing. I am tethering an aluminum tool to a steel fixed point. Both the tool and the fixed point can be drilled and tapped to a depth of at least one inch. The tool’s weight is less than one pound. The tether is for security and to contain the tool to one location. Security is not the main issue, just to make it difficult for the tool to walk away. Length of tether would be less than 2 feet. The tool does wear out so will need be replaced occasionally. I would like for the user to be able to do this as easily as possible. The tools value is less than $25 so that cost of this securing system is an issue. Esthetics is important for the final product. Each workstation would need four of these tethering systems. This tethering system needs a fastener that goes into the tool, the tether (vinyl covered wire?) and the fastener on the other end that goes into the fixed point. I would appreciate any assistance that you may be able to give as to what products you would have that would fit some if not all of the requirements describe above.
