I am looking for LDPE material to be a ceramic injection molding binder. The requirement of the LDPE is listed here: 1. Melting point below 150F, below melting point, it’s solid. After melting, becomes low viscosity liquid (like wax after melting). 2. Hope it sustains some plastic deformation (>10%) at room temperature. 3. Simple form is preferred, such as powder, flake, pellet, or small block, since we need to melt the material before use.
