Inquiry (采购产品): Light weight core panels We are looking for a light weight panel material to build sun shade trellises for a new construction project. The largest trellis will be supported by a horizontal 27' x 7' steel frame. Five cross members ( 84" x 8" x 2" ) and 48 shade panels ( 54" x 8" x 1" ) form the self supporting sun shade structure. The 2" and 1" thicknesses are estimates, depending on the material's characteristics. Instead of steel or aluminum profiles we are thinking of using foam or honeycomb FRP material. Ideally, we would like to use waterproof sealed cross members and shade panels prefabricated to our specifications, including color, which we could assemble ( bolt or resin-glue ). If this sounds like something you can supply we would like to send you shop drawings for a quote. Please confirm our suggested 1" and 2" minimum thickness requirements so we can prepare shop drawings.
