The spray bar assemblies shall be manufactured from stainless steel tubing drilled And tapped for connection of nozzle adapters. A specially designed and selected Dual fluid atomizing nozzle shall be fitted into each of the adapters Each nozzle shall be provided with convergent /divergent section and a resonator Cap suitably designed to produce /develop the acoustic field required for atomization of water.These component shall be properly designed to,when air is passed through the convergent /divergent section into the resonator air cap,it shall be reflected back to compement and amplify the primary shock wave resulting in intense field of sonic energy focused between the nozzle body & resonator cap:The water coming in contact with the shock wave shall be vigorously sheared into fine droplets in the acoustic field. The nozzles shall be self-cleaning and non-clogging type & shall have the ability to provide Consistent atomization over a wide flow of range.The nozzle shall made of stainless steel while the adapters shall be made of brass Each spray bar shall be provided with mounting brackets & fluid hoses for connection to the air & water pipeline.
