Inquiry (采购产品): trouble with roofer using product We had a thermoplastic roof installed 7 years ago and loved the look. We were told it was an Epdm roof at the time however. We started to have trouble almost immediately and it was "fixed" several times. now the roofer will not come out and we have leaks. Estimates from other roofers have all agreed that the roof was not done correctly. Such as the roof material can be felt underneath the windows,and the edging of the roof (where it meets the gutter) has "normal" edge- not one you would use for this roof...etc etc. How do we know which manufacturer sold to Mcm enterprises in 1998 and would they like to know he is not installing their product correctly . Also, any suggestions as to how I can fix what is broken??? ( The company produced all the "right" documention to do the job) Any guidance would be appreciated.
