Inquiry (采购产品): Removing Filter My filter is located on the top of the Spa. I have had it out before but can't remember how I got it out...there is a handle to turn it, I know it has to go counter clockwise to open, should this be easy, or should I have to force this to open? I had a maintenance man out a few months ago and he didn't seem to have any problem getting it open, that is why I am reluctant to force the cover.
