Invitation for Proposal Inquiry (采购产品): Invitation for Proposal Invitation for Proposal for the Rental of Fishing Tools/Other Tools and Services and Purchase Drill Pipes to Support Drilling Operations Dear Sir: You are please invited to submit your proposal to provide equipment, materials and the associated services to support the current production drilling operations in Sudan. The scope of the tender are as follows: 1. Rental of Personnel - Fishing Specialist and Cementing Engineer Quotation shall be on a monthly rate basis inclusive of all insurance and foreign base allowance but excluding daily allowances for meals, accommodations, local transportation and laundry. Mob/demobilization shall include visa processing, business class air transport (origin Khartoum and back) and other related expenses. Mob/demob shall exclude normal vacation tickets by personnel to be provided by us. Normal vacation shall be two times x 21 days / per year of service. Personnel on vacation shall be replaced by another personnel of the same craft. Replacement personnel shall be given the same monthly rate, allowances and mob/demob ticket only. 2. Rental of Fishing Tools, Other tools and Cementing Equipment (Table 1, 2 and 5 as enclosed) 2.1 Tools to be provided shall be accompanied by detailed technical specifications and attach the necessary brochures, technical information or any supporting documents. 2.2 For cementing equipment, a quotation for purchase is also preferred 2.3 All fishing equipment to be furnished shall be brand new and unused 2.4 Fishing tools to be provided shall be from Bowen or Logan or Getco only. Chinese made NOT acceptable 2.5 Rental will be for 36 months with a possibility of 12 months extension 3. Purchase of Drill Pipes (Table 3) 3.1 Proposed cost shall be FOB Port of Khartoum, Sudan 3.2 Proposed cost will be Each, moreover, we expect a reasonable discounted rates when an order for more quantities are confirmed. All tools rented will be maintained and repaired by personnel from our staff. All tools will be mnanaged and kept in a dedicated Warehouse cum Maintenance Shop also manned by our staff. We are currently having a contract with WNPOC and was requested to send a proposal to support their on-going Oil Drilling program. Because of our immediate need, your proposal maybe sent thru e-mail to the following recipient not later than May 23, 2007.
