Inquiry (采购产品): Dewatering Screen We are considering a process change which would require a dewatering screen to handle 120 TPH of solids and make a cut at around 48 mesh. This will be on a cold brine slurry system essentially double saturated with NaCl and KCl with the solids being predominately salt and fine langbenite rejected from the recovery circuit; brine flow will be on the order of 2,000 gpm. In order to begin evaluation of the economics of the proposed change, I have been asked to generate an order of magnitude estimate; to that end, I need an idea what a piece of equipment for this service might cost. Obviously this does not need to be a precise bid, but I need to know the cost roughly within 30%. We have used Derrick screens in similar service in the past but frankly are dissatisfied with their durability and performance and are seeking an alternative. Thanks in advance for your consideration of my request. If you have questions, please call me at (505) 234-3849 or Terry Westfall at (505) 234-3839.
