Inquiry (采购产品): custom vinyl siding I have a patent pending status for a vinyl half log. Profile 4" X 8" with hollow core. I have a steel custom die made through Pittsfield Plastic's Engineering in Pittsfield, MA. They expected to be able to manufacture this vinyl half log siding, but then lack a "puller". We have tried 3 different runs of this product and each time Pittsfield Plastics Engineering company cannot make the product as their machinery fails. I am looking for a company that would be willing to examine all our documented attempts, figure out what is needed to make the perfect siding and we can go from there. Goal: Is to create a realistic half log "look" based on our design that can be applied to homes to give the look of wood without the problems of wood. The inside cavity of this half log will be filled with a soy based insulating foam for an added insulation. We expect the vinyl half log to cut into 8' lengths and possibly 12' lengths. Having worked in the log home industry for 16 years, I have found a huge market for this vinyl half log. I would like to share our business plan with you if your are interested. Again, we are patent pending in US and Foreign countries. I will provide orders for the siding, should you be able to make it, to justify the companies time.
